• Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Exchange Eligibility
• You are eligible for an exchange if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect, or
- You receive a different product than what you ordered.
• If the size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size (one-time exchange only per purchase).
• Please refer to our Size Guide before requesting a size exchange.

• Exchange Process:
• For defective or incorrect items, send a photo of the issue to Support@cinnamonvogue.in within 24 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

• Return Conditions:
• Returned items must be:
- In original packaging
-Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
-With tags and labels intact
• Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

• Replacements & Coupons:
• A replacement item will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
• If the replacement is out of stock, a coupon code valid for 90 days will be issued for use on our online store.

• Important Notes:
• Exchanges are available for domestic orders only.
• All exchanges are subject to the discretion of White Rose Apparels.
