Shipping within India:
- Free for all orders above ₹5000.
- ₹100 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹5000.
- Orders are processed within 2 working days.
- Delivery takes approximately 3–10 days depending on the location.
- Delivery may be refused if the address is not serviceable by our courier partners.
Address Changes:
- Accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
Tracking & Delivery:
- Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.
- Deliveries are made by courier partners Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 6 PM.
International Shipping:
- For international orders, please call or WhatsApp +91 9495 9495 99 for shipping charges and estimated delivery times.
- Any custom duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.
Payment Methods:
- We accept Net Banking, UPI, mobile wallets, and all major credit cards.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
• Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Exchange Eligibility
• You are eligible for an exchange if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect, or
- You receive a different product than what you ordered.
• If the size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size (one-time exchange only per purchase).
• Please refer to our Size Guide before requesting a size exchange.
• Exchange Process:
• For defective or incorrect items, send a photo of the issue to Support@cinnamonvogue.in within 24 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
• Return Conditions:
• Returned items must be:
- In original packaging
-Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
-With tags and labels intact
• Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
• Replacements & Coupons:
• A replacement item will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
• If the replacement is out of stock, a coupon code valid for 90 days will be issued for use on our online store.

• Exchanges are available for domestic orders only.
