Refund policy

At Cinnamon Vogue, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, or require a size exchange, please follow the guidelines below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the goods are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

The product has a manufacturing defect.
You have received a product different from the one you ordered.
The garment does not fit and you require a different size.

Size exchanges are permitted once per purchase only. We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Reporting a Defect or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please email support@cinnamonvogue.in within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the returned product must:

Be in its original packaging.
Be unused and unwashed.
Be free from damage, stains, alterations, or signs of wear.
Have all original tags and labels attached and intact.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Replacement & Delivery

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.

The estimated delivery time for the replacement is approximately 7 days, depending on the delivery location.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a coupon code valid for 90 days, which can be used towards a future purchase on our online store.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for online orders. Approved returns will be processed only as an exchange or, where the replacement is unavailable, as a store coupon as outlined above.
